Have you ever experienced difficulty in getting OTP via SMS?

For those who use the SMS option for 2FA. Have you ever experienced difficulty getting OTP due to bad network? An easy way to fix this is by downloading a security app (preferably Google Authenticator app) and changing your 2FA method to a security app. You can do that by following these steps;

1. Click the “More” icon at the bottom right when you open your Grey app.

1. Go to “Two Factor Authentication” under Security.

1. Click on “Change 2FA method.”

2. Select “Security app.”

3. Scan the barcode on your screen with your authenticator app.

Voila! Whenever you need to make a transaction, simply copy the code on your authenticator instead of waiting for an SMS.
